Virginia Eagle Distributing Company (VED) — proudly supports Budweiser in a selection of national programs to support the men and women of America’s armed forces.  Folds of Honor is a great example of one of these support programs.  Since 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded over 16,000 educational scholarships to the spouses and dependents of veterans either fallen or disabled while defending our great country.

“Our local communities have always meant a lot to us (VED). Supporting the Folds of Honor is a privilege and the least we could do for our Veteran families in Virginia,” said Scott Heinz, COO of Virginia Eagle Distributing.  “Offering scholarships to these families is a great way for us to recognize and thank our service men and women.”

From June through July 4th, VED offered a donation based on a percentage of sales for America’s brand, Budweiser.  This donation was calculated based on territory sales and resulted in a $7,500 contribution.
